Stripe Digital services are delivered by Jasper McIntosh, a highly experienced consultant who has spent over 15 years in technical, financial and new media environments. This experience includes 3 years as Managing Director at one of the country’s leading digital agencies, 4 years as Managing Director of Stripe Digital, and 1 year management at a leading international investment bank.

Jasper has led a number of key digital projects for national and international organisations including:

E-commerce

Delivered while at Worth, the Lucozade Sport Science Academy online shop was GlaxoSmithKline’s first ever consumer e-commerce venture. The shop was expanded to include international sales after a successful first year within the domestic market.

Content management

A content management system and online community platform to support nationwide NHS Live events, characterised by the wide stakeholder base of event managers, the Department of Health and area specialists.

E-commerce subscription services

A complex consumer focussed subscription service for PasTest, a leading medical publisher. The new system required integration with an existing CRM and database infrastructure.

Technical project management

Managed the transfer into a new environment of over 60 websites for Channel 4 Learning. The new environment was scoped and implemented with external suppliers, and a new content management system and e-commerce integration delivered by internal and external development teams. The project was delivered on time, with the launch described by the C4 project manager as “the smoothest I’ve ever been involved with”.

Specification & procurement

Specification, brief writing, supplier identification and procurement of a major content management platform for the International HIV/AIDS Alliance, a leading international charity.

Online community

User consultation, requirements definition and specification of a new content management system and online community platform for the NHS communications team. The planning phase delivered a specification that was subsequently used to develop a benchmark application for the NHS.

E-learning

Planning, specification and project management of the Performance Investigator e-learning tutorial.

Other project experience
